Rapture Steel Band Ankle Shackles. Stainless steel wrist cuffs with rubber comfort backing. The cuffs are elliptical shaped for easier ankle fit and are 1.75 inch (4.5cm) high. A polished stainless steel attaching chain and padlocks are included. The chain can be detached to use the cuffs in other configurations. Stainless steel elliptical band.
